Poppies, The Island Florist delivers flowers on Lower Vancouver Island which includes all of the Greater Victoria area. A delivery fee of $9.50 will be added to each flower order price. If the flower delivery is in the outlying areas, an additional delivery fee will apply for addresses in Langford, Colwood, Metchosin, the Highlands, the Saanich Pennisula, Sidney and Sooke. (Delivery charges can range from $9.50 to $18.) For out-of-town flower delivery within Canada and the US there is an additional handling fee of $6.95.
